The sparkling winemaking of Nebbiolo following the traditional method - bottle - fermentation is a pride of Casa Rainoldi. Cuvée Maria Vittoria has been created in limited run with grapes coming from high altitude vineyards. The process enhances the wine uniqueness thanks to 60 months ageing on the lees.
Recommended serving temperature: 10°.
Gapes: Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), Pignola, Rossola vinificate in rosato.

Brut Rosè

Born at the end of seventiues by a great intuition of Giuseppe Rainoldi, the sparkling wine making of Nebbiolo is a pride of Casa vinicola Rainoldi. Strictly faithful to the traditional method - bottle - fermentation, this single vintage enhances ist uniqueness thanks to an ageing of 36 months on the lees.
Recommended serving temperature: 10°.
